How it all started.

Emma moved to France in 2002 and has been lucky enough to work in many different domains. This has given her a real and practical understanding of French life and culture. Emma moved from a career in care giving in 2019 to start up her own business doing “all things admin” in France, having decided to put her skills and experience to good use, helping people navigate their way around the French bureaucracy and support people in both the administrative tasks and assistance in the home. She obtained her DEAES in social and educational support, and her CLF professional language qualification in early 2020, followed in 2021 by the honor of gaining the national charter for quality care for personal services.

Since starting the business, the needs of our clients has evolved, and therefore the business has evolved as well. In 2022 Emma’s Assistance packs were launched, focusing on three main domaines. Home, Health and Driving. In early 2024, in collaboration with Andrew Lockhart-Mirams, the new ebook and paperback was launched on Amazon -Welcome to France : What you need to know.
